Iowa Finance Authority (IFA)

offers programs addressing multifamily rental and single-family homeownership; assists in community development, including the issuance of tax-exempt bonds to provide the lowest cost funds for drinking water and wastewater facilities in Iowa; and Title Guaranty, offering guarantee title to real property in Iowa

Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR)

carries out state and federal laws that protect air, land and water through technical assistance, permitting and compliance programs
